Why gym owners choose Forever Fierce

Not another print shop.
A partner for your brand.

There are plenty of ways to get shirts printed. What gyms need is something different: a partner that handles design, preorder stores, printing, and fulfillment — without the inventory, the contracts, or the art fees that kill most apparel programs before they start. That's what we've built since 2008.

Apparel shouldn't be the hardest part of running your gym.

Most gyms have tried apparel. Most have the boxes of leftovers, the ghosted designer, the "let's try again next quarter" calendar reminder to prove it. We built our system because you deserve a partner that treats this like a business — not a side project.

Sound familiar? We hear these every single week.
Boxes of leftover shirts sitting in the office closet since 2022
Designers who go quiet the second you ask for a revision
Upfront costs that turn merch into a risk instead of a revenue stream
Setup fees, art fees, minimum spend fees — every extra line item that eats your margin
A fulfillment process that eats three hours of your week every week it runs

You have options. Here's the honest comparison.

Most gym owners evaluating apparel vendors are actually choosing between four different models — not just four different companies. Each model comes with a real set of tradeoffs, and the one that fits a 200-member CrossFit gym isn't the one that fits a D2C influencer selling to 20,000 followers.

Here's what the four real alternatives look like when you strip away the marketing.

We believe in transparency. If another model fits your situation better than ours, you should go use it. What we've found over 17 years is that for most gyms — single-location, community-first, design-conscious — the done-for-you preorder model we built is the one that compounds.

Alternative 1

The local print shop

Your neighborhood screen printer who quotes you a per-shirt price and tells you to pick your sizes.
  • Requires upfront inventory buys and size guessing
  • No design team — you bring the artwork or pay extra
  • No preorder store — you have to run collection yourself
  • No fulfillment — boxes get dropped at the gym, you sort and distribute
  • One-off transactions, no program strategy, no year-long calendar
Alternative 2

Print-on-demand platforms

Printful, Printify, and similar services that print one shirt at a time when a member orders.
  • 2–3× higher per-unit cost than batch printing
  • Limited to whatever blank garments the platform stocks
  • Generic storefronts or DIY Shopify integrations
  • No dedicated design support — self-serve templates
  • Steady trickle of sales, no launch moment, no community event
Alternative 3

Fourthwall & creator platforms

Built for YouTubers and D2C creators with large social followings and simple merch needs.
  • Optimized for influencer audiences, not tight gym communities
  • Platform fees and revenue splits layered into every order
  • Limited premium garment selection vs. gym-specific options
  • No member-pickup option — direct-ship only
  • No annual planning, no vertical-specific expertise
Alternative 4

Doing it yourself

Designing, sourcing, printing, and fulfilling in-house with gym staff.
  • Owner-time tax of 10–20 hours per drop
  • Requires design skill, vendor relationships, production knowledge
  • Capital tied up in inventory guesses
  • Every drop starts from scratch — no compounding system
  • Quality ceiling capped by in-house capability
The Forever Fierce Model

Done-for-you preorder partnership

Design, branded preorder store, batch printing, and flexible fulfillment — built specifically for gyms, run as a partnership, not a transaction.
  • Zero inventory, zero upfront cost, zero setup fees
  • Dedicated design team — original artwork or template customization
  • Branded preorder store custom-built per gym, per drop
  • Batch-printed at wholesale tiers, not POD markup pricing
  • Members pick direct-shipping or gym pickup at checkout
  • Annual Apparel Plan maps 4–6 drops to your seasons
  • Same team every drop — no ticket queues, no account transfers
  • 17 years, 5,000+ gyms, 30,000+ orders — this is all we do

Every alternative listed is a legitimate option depending on your needs. This is how we'd describe the tradeoffs if you asked us directly.

Three steps. One partner. Zero surprises.

We've run this process 30,000+ times. It works because it's tight, repeatable, and built around how gyms actually operate — not how an apparel vendor wishes you operated.

01/

We Design

Pick from best-seller templates, bring your own concept, or hand us the brief. Our team handles art, mockups, revisions, and builds a branded preorder store that looks like a real product — not a Canva template.

No art fees. No setup fees.
02/

You Sell

Share your preorder link and let your members order straight from the site. You collect the money first — we print what's sold. No guessing quantities. No dead stock. No capital sitting in a closet.

No inventory. No risk.
03/

We Deliver

We print, pack, and ship. Members can have orders sent direct to their door or pick them up at the gym — you choose what fits your community. Two-week turnaround every time.

2-week turnaround.

The secret isn't one great drop. It's a year of them.

The gyms that win with apparel aren't the ones with one lucky design — they're the ones running a consistent calendar of drops. Our Apparel Plan is a 10-minute call that maps out your entire year: 4–6 projects, seasonal timing, and we handle all the follow-ups.

Plan the year. Win every month.

Most gym owners know they should be running apparel more often. What stops them is time, memory, and the pain of past vendor flakiness. We built the Apparel Plan to remove all three. One call, one calendar, one partner on deck.

  • Simplified yearly planning — 4 to 6 projects mapped to your busy seasons
  • Proactive follow-ups from our team — you'll never miss a drop window
  • Sales and engagement strategies baked into every project
  • No contract. No commitment. Adjust or cancel anytime.

The short version: we make it easy to win.

Zero Upfront Cost

You don't pay a dime until your members do. Design, store setup, and mockups are on us — every time.

Private Branded Store

Your gym's name. Your logo. Your members' experience. Looks like it belongs to you — because it does.

2-Week Turnaround

From the day your order is finalized to delivery — two weeks. Every time. No "we had a printer issue" excuses.

Free Sizing Samples

Your members try before they buy. Fewer returns, fewer complaints, fewer "this runs small" DMs.

No Contracts

No minimums per quarter. No exclusivity clauses. Run a drop when it makes sense. Skip when it doesn't.

Real Profit Margin

Keep the money. Preorder pricing means your margin is baked in before the first shirt is printed.

Flexible Fulfillment

Members pick shipping direct to their door or pickup at the gym — whichever fits your community best.

One Dedicated Team

Same designer, same producer, same point of contact — every drop. No ticket queues. No account transfers.

90% Client Retention

Once a gym runs one campaign with us, they run the next one too. The numbers speak louder than we do.

Everything you're probably wondering.

What does it actually cost to get started? +
Nothing. Zero. We don't charge setup fees, art fees, design fees, or contract fees to launch with us. You only pay for what your members preorder — we handle everything before that on our end.
What's the minimum order? +
24 pieces per design. That's it. Most of our gyms hit that in the first 48 hours of their preorder window without blinking.
How long does the whole process take? +
From first call to live store is typically 1–2 weeks depending on design complexity. Once your preorder closes, production + shipping is a flat 2-week turnaround.
How does fulfillment actually work? +
Your choice. Members can order direct-to-door shipping at checkout, or you can opt for a bulk gym-pickup option where we ship everything to your location and you hand it out at the front desk. Whatever fits your community.
What if my members want different designs? +
We actually recommend running one design per drop — it keeps the production batch tight and the delivery date crisp. But we pair that one design with 3–4 garment options so you can hit a wider range of members. A Memorial Day drop might include a men's tee, women's tank, women's crop, and men's tank — same artwork, different silhouettes, one production run, one delivery date.
How do I make money on this? +
You set the retail price on your private preorder store. Our per-unit cost drops as the order grows. Here's a typical tier so you can do the math:
24–36 units$20.99 each
37–72 units$18.99 each
73–144 units$17.99 each
Quick math: Sell 40 shirts at a $31.99 retail price → you're in the 37–72 tier at $18.99 cost → $13 profit per shirt = $520 on a single drop. No upfront cost, no inventory, no risk.
Example pricing shown. Actual tiers vary by garment style and decoration.
What's the Apparel Plan, exactly? +
A free 10–15 minute call where we map out your apparel calendar for the year — typically 4–6 drops timed to your busy seasons. We handle all the follow-ups and reminders. No contract. Adjust or cancel anytime. Gyms on a plan average 3–5× the apparel revenue of gyms running ad-hoc drops.

Let's build your next drop.
